Availability and bookings can also be made by telephone on 0031 (0) 318 470 700.
Reservation are confirmed by mail. Telephone bookings and internet bookings are final. By mail you receive a comfirmation invoice. A deposit of 30% of the invoice is required to be paid within 4 days of the receipt of the invoice, the balance being payable at least 6 weeks prior to departure. Bookings made within 6 weeks of departure will be required to be paid in full.

Please quote your name, booking reference number and invoice number. Any charges made by your bank for the transfer of monies are not the responsibility of Liberty Tours B.V. All credit card payments are liable to a 1.5% surcharge.
Provided we have received full payment you will receive your travel documents approximately 2 weeks prior to departure.
Booking via one of our agents will incur a booking fee of € 20,- per booking.
Cancellation & alterations:
Cancellation insurance is advisable and is available upon request. Should you cancel for reasons not covered by the policy, costs will be incurred in accordance with our cancellation conditions: until the 42e day (exclusive) before arrival 30%; from the 42e day (inclusive) until the 28e day (exclusive) 60%; from the 28e until departure date 90%; on the departure date and no show 100%. Liberty Tours reserve the right to charge for any alterations made by you to the original booking.
Accommodation:
Liberty Tours will endeavour to describe the accommodation as accurately as possible. Furnishings, particularly in privately owned residences, may vary from that shown in the brochure. Any additional costs such as tourist tax, deposits, cleaning, etc. are listed as accurately as possible. However local government or the accommodation provider may, at any time, increase or introduce additional charges. Liberty Tours will not be responsible for the payment of these charges.
Customer requests:
We will endeavour to comply with any special requests. However any requests are not guaranteed. Such requests must be made at the time of booking.
Preferences can be made under the following conditions:
- when the owner wants to stay in his villa, you will be booked to another villa.
- when there is the need for a closing occupation of the villa, you will also be booked to another villa.
However, the booking with a preference cannot be replaced for the same reason (preference) through another booker. The first booker with a request has got the right for the villa, in accordance to the above mentioned items.
